MATT ARMSTRONG FORD

Tour Guide and Photography Expert

Matt-SFW

Matt is a zoology graduate who trained as a Professional Safari Guide both in South Africa and in South Luangwa, Zambia, an area recognised as setting the benchmark for guide training. It was whilst living and working in these far-flung corners of Africa that Matt’s passion for photography grew and he realised that sharing his expertise with others is what he loves.

He has spent time managing camps and guiding safaris, with considerable experience in lodges and camps ranging from simple tented bush camps in really wild places to luxury lodges in fabulous locations.

This has given Matt real “hands on” experience, he knows how it all works and so can get the very best out of camps and locations, exposing you to the brilliance of wildlife and landscape on a daily basis.

His professional, fun approach to guiding is coupled with a passion for wildlife, conservation and photography which he brings to every Safari.

You will find, as you build up your Safari plan with Matt, that he absolutely understands the importance of customer service and of your expectations as a private client.
